All the products are sent to the clients after a thorough inspection to ensure that they function properly and are appropriately packed for a safe transfer.
In the rare case of a flawed product, you have the right to return it and it will be replaced by our company.
The client retains the right to return the products within fourteen (14) days from the date of their collection from pour company. In this case the client’s only expense is the cost of the products’ send/return to our company.
The returned products are accepted only in the case that their package has not been opened, they have not been used, and they and their package are absolutely not marked, destroyed and generally have not undergone any damage. It is, therefore, necessary to check very carefully, during delivery, the condition of the products and the packaging as to note possible flaws or damages, like marred packaging or products, broken merchandise etc.
All the products are delivered from our company to the carriers checked and in excellent condition. Possible damages during transportation are to be immediately reported to the courier’s employee during delivery and, if you consider it advisable, do not accept the product/s noting the reason for your denial as “damage during transfer”.
The returned products must be accompanied by all the necessary documents they had during delivery (retail receipt, invoice, shipping invoice etc.)
The refunding will be made within fifteen work days from the collection of the returned products by our company.
Personal information we collect

The orders are sent within two work days from the date of payment (or of the order, in the case of payment with cash on delivery).
In the case on a product not immediately available, you will be notified on time by a member of our team.
Your order can be sent to any address you will give by courier, post, or you can collect it by our store (during working hours, except on Monday). Please refer to this page to see when our physical store is open.
